In the past, Advanced Inc has been primarily a residential contractor, but in the course of the past several years we have actively pursued the goal of entering the light commercial contracting arena. We have a general contracting license in the categories of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial construction for the amount of six hundred thousand dollars.

Our largest commercial project to date has been the new building and grounds which we designed and built for the Cookeville, TN branch of the Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance agency, which totaled in excess of three hundred thousand dollars and was completed in the fall of 2002. We have also done two extensive remodeling projects for Heritage Ford in Cookeville, and an addition/remodel of Yanni's Greek/Italian restaurant in Sparta, TN. Advanced is committed to extending the same level of quality and service that we have provided in the past to Middle Tennessee's commercial contracting needs. We are confident that we will become one of Cookeville's finest commercial contractors.
